This Form 8-K/A amends the Form 8-K filed by the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco (Bank) on August 13, 2015, to add information about the Committees of the Bank's Board of Directors (Board) on which director Bradley W. Beal will serve in 2016.
The Board has appointed Mr. Beal as Vice Chair of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee and as a Member of the Affordable Housing, Finance, Governance, Member Services, and Risk Committees.
