On January 5, 2016, EPR Properties (the "Company") delivered a previously scheduled presentation to investors providing information regarding the Company's Adelaar project in Sullivan County, New York and additional Company updates. A copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference. A copy of the presentation and replay of the webcast will also be made available on the Company's website.
