ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
Following the close of business on December 31, 2015, Zions Bancorporation (“the Company”) completed the merger of its subsidiary banks with and into Zions First National Bank. Immediately thereafter, Zions First National Bank changed its legal name to ZB, N.A. Zions Trust, N.A., and Zions Management Services Company, a technology and operations subsidiary of the Company, also merged into ZB, N.A. and will continue to operate as divisions of that entity.
ZB, N.A. will continue to do business in its local markets under its existing brand names, including Zions Bank, Amegy Bank, California Bank & Trust, National Bank of Arizona, Nevada State Bank, Vectra Bank Colorado, The Commerce Bank of Washington, and The Commerce Bank of Oregon.
