On January 4, 2016, Northern Tier Energy LP (“Northern Tier” or the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that Northern Tier management will participate in the Wolfe Research 2016 Refining Conference in Boston, Massachusetts, on Tuesday, January 5, 2016. The presentation will be available on the Investors section of Northern Tier’s website at www.northerntier.com beginning January 5, 2016.
On January 4, 2016, Northern Tier also announced that Northern Tier management will participate in the Goldman Sachs Global Energy Conference 2016 in Miami, Florida, on Thursday, January 7, 2016. The presentation will be available on the Investors section of Northern Tier’s website at www.northerntier.com beginning Thursday, January 7, 2016.
The materials from both conferences will remain available on www.northerntier.com in accordance with the Partnership’s investor presentation archive policy. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
