Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 30, 2015 Peoples Bancorp Inc. announced that it intends to release fourth quarter and year-to-date 2015 earnings before the market opens on Friday, January 29, 2016, and conduct a facilitated conference call with analysts, media and individual investors at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on the same date.
A copy of the press release announcing the event is being furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
