Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On December 29, 2015, ERBA Diagnostics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing of the capital infusion of $ 3.5 million into the Company pursuant to the final tranche of the previously reported Stock Purchase Agreement, which was entered into in April 2011 between the Company and ERBA Diagnostics Mannheim GMBH. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference thereto.
