Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On December 23, 2015, LifeLock, Inc. (“LifeLock”) entered into a Consumer Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Equifax Consumer Services, LLC (“Equifax”). Pursuant to the Agreement, beginning on or around April 1, 2016 (the “Launch Date”) LifeLock will purchase certain credit products and services from Equifax. These will comprise a part of LifeLock’s identity theft protection services for consumers and include, among others, credit monitoring, credit data and credit score products and services. The Agreement expires on the four year anniversary of the Launch Date.
