On December 23, 2015, First Priority Financial Corp., headquartered in Malvern, PA., provided notice of redemption of its Fixed Rate Cumulative Preferred Series A and Series B and a partial redemption of its Fixed Rate Cumulative Preferred Series C effective on the redemption date of January 22, 2016. A copy of the press release related to the Redemption Notice is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
