Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 22, 2015, Sanchez Production Partners LP (the “Partnership”) established compensation for Gerald F. Willinger, the Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of the Partnership.  Mr. Willinger’s base salary was set at $600,000 effective as of January 1, 2016.  In addition, Mr. Willinger was awarded a cash bonus of $1,200,000 for his role as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of the Partnership in 2015.
