Notice of Amendment and Suspension of Distribution Reinvestment Plan
On December 24, 2015, American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust III, Inc. (the “Company”) provided a notice to stockholders, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, advising participants of the suspension of the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan, effective immediately.
