2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
The Company announced that its net revenues for the third quarter ended November 30 of fiscal 2016 were $3,145,000 compared with $2,655,000 for the third quarter of fiscal 2015, an 18% increase. Net income for the quarter improved by 81% compared with the same period last year, to $168,000.
5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.
The Company announced that it appointed Cyril Narishkin to the Board of Directors and Interim Chief Operating Officer, both effective October 21, 2015.
