Resignation of James K. Murray, Jr.
James K. Murray, Jr., notified SYKES on December 17, 2015, that he would be resigning from the Board of Directors for personal reasons effective as of January 1, 2016. There are no disagreements between Mr. Murray and SYKES relating to his resignation.
