On December 21, 2015, Russell K. Frome provided notice to Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") and its wholly owned subsidiary, Hamilton Bank (the "Bank"), of his retirement as a director of the Company and the Bank effective December 21, 2015.
