On September 9, 2015, Flex Pharma, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Original Form 8-K") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to report, among other things, that Robert Perez had been elected to the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board").
