Item 5.04 Temporary Suspension of Trading Under Registrant's Employee Benefit Plans.
As previously disclosed by the Registrant on Form 8-K, the Registrant sent a notice on October 23, 2015 (the "Notice") to its directors and executive officers informing them of a blackout period pursuant to Regulation BTR during the period beginning on November 24, 2015 and ending January 12, 2016 (the "Blackout Period").
The Registrant has determined that the Blackout Period will be able to terminate on December 22, 2015 because the transition to a new recordkeeper is now complete. The Registrant sent a notice to its directors and executive officers (the "Updated Notice") on December 22, 2015 regarding the end of the Blackout Period. A copy of the Updated Notice is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
