Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective as of December 22, 2015, Ms. Cha Y. Park’s employment as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of BBCN Bank was terminated.
In accordance with the terms of her employment agreement, Ms. Park will receive severance pay in an amount equal to one year of her base salary, payable bi-weekly, subject to her execution of a customary general release of claims against the Company and its affiliates arising out of her employment.
