Item 8.01 Other Events

On December 18, 2015, the Board of Trustee’s voted unanimously to update and amend the Trust’s Investment Strategy, effective January 1, 2016.  The new Investment Strategy will read: “Sterling’s investment strategy is to acquire and hold a portfolio of multi-family real estate properties located primarily in the central corridor of the contiguous forty-eight (48) states.”
