On December 21, 2015, the Board of Directors of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (“ServisFirst”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on January 15, 2016 to stockholders of record as of January 8, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
