Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 21, 2015, CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Christopher D. Bohn, senior vice president, supply chain, of the Company, has been elected to the position of senior vice president, manufacturing, effective January 1, 2016. As previously reported on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the Company on September 8, 2015, Philipp P. Koch, senior vice president, manufacturing, of the Company plans to retire from his position with the Company, effective March 4, 2016.
On December 21, 2015, the Company issued a press release regarding the matters described in this Item 8.01. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
