WATERSTONE FINANCIAL DECLARES REGULAR QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND
Wauwatosa, Wis. — 12/18/2015 — On December 17, 2015 the Board of Directors of Waterstone Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: WSBF) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable on February 1, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 11, 2016.
