(b) On December 16, 2015, Michael J. Cestone, Jr. resigned, effective December 31, 2015, from the Boards of Directors of both First National Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and First National Community Bank (the “Bank”), the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary. Mr. Cestone has served continuously on the Board of Directors of the Company since 1998 and the Bank since 1969.
