Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 17, 2015, OphthaliX, Inc. issued a press release announcing that the Japan Patent Office has granted a patent for CF101 for the reduction of intraocular pressure in a patent titled, "A3 adenosine receptor agonists for the reduction of intraocular pressure".
