In accordance with our bylaws and our Corporate Governance Guidelines, William L. Ford retired from our Board of Directors effective December 16, 2015, Mr. Ford’s 73rd birthday. Upon Mr. Ford’s retirement, the number of members of our Board of Directors was reduced from ten to nine.
