(b) | Independent director Mark A. Collar has decided to retire from the Board of Directors effective May 24, 2016, the date of the next annual shareholder meeting. Mr. Collar has served as an independent director on the Company’s Board of Directors since 2009 and presently serves on the Risk and Capital Market Committees of the Board of Directors. |
