Item 8.01. Other Events
On December 14, 2015, Destination Maternity Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its Board of Directors’ decision not to pursue an unsolicited proposal from Orchestra-Prémaman S.A. to enter into negotiations to acquire the Company.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
