On December 11, 2015, Grandparents.com, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the termination of Riaz Latifullah, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, for Cause (as defined in that certain employment agreement between the Company and Riaz Latifullah dated April 29, 2014) effective immediately.
