This current report on Form 8-K/A amends the report on Form 8-K filed October 29, 2015 by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (the “Bank”) to announce the election to the Bank’s board of directors of R. Thornwell Dunlap, III, William C. Handorf and Henry Gary Pannell. On December 11, 2015, the Bank made the following 2016 committee assignments for those directors:
