Item 8.01. Other Events
On December 11, 2015, Albany International Corp. announced that Mr. Ralph M. Polumbo, President, Albany Engineered Composites announced his plans to retire effective January 1, 2016. He will be succeeded by Diane Loudon, AEC’s Senior Vice President for Operations and General Manager of Albany Safran Composites, LLC.
