At its meeting on December 4, 2015, the Board declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.275 per share. The dividend will be paid on January 5, 2016, to shareholders of record on December 18, 2015. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
