CytRx Corporation on December 10, 2015 issued a press release regarding the reaching of an agreement to settle the consolidated securities class action lawsuit pending in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, titled In re CytRx Corporation Securities Litigation. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
