(b) On December 8, 2015, Frank S. Priestley resigned as a director of FBL Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Priestley previously served as President of the Idaho Farm Bureau Federation, but was not re-elected to that office at the Idaho Farm Bureau Federation's annual meeting held on December 3, 2015. As a result, he was no longer eligible to serve as a Class B Director of the Company.
