Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 8, 2015, Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. issued a press release announcing the commencement of an exchange offer for $600 million of its 5.250% senior notes due 2026 issued on September 23, 2015 in a private placement.
