On December 7, 2015, Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Development Activity (USAMMDA) to explore expansion and potential development of the Company’s investigational new drug, TNX-102 SL (cyclobenzaprine HCl sublingual tablets), for the treatment of military-related post-traumatic stress disorder.
A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.01 to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
