Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On December 2, 2015, Mr. Shawn Owen submitted his resignation as Chief Operating Officer ("COO") effective immediately. On the same day, the Company accepted Mr. Owen's resignation as COO. Mr. Owen will remain an employee of the Company in a different capacity. Mr. Owen informed the Company that he resigned as COO for personal reasons, and not as the result of any disagreement with the Company practices or policies.
