On December 4, 2015, Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors authorized the Company to repurchase an additional $500 million of the Company's common stock as part of the Company's common stock repurchase program. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
