On November 30, 2015, the executive employment agreement between MGT Capital Investments, Inc. (the “Company”) and Robert Traversa, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, expired according to its terms and Mr. Traversa resigned from all of his positions with the Company. There are no disagreements between Mr. Traversa and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
