Anne Rohosy, Executive Vice President and President, Americas, of Levi Strauss & Co. (the “Company”) will end her employment with the Company on March 15, 2016 (the “Effective Date”). Prior to the Effective Date, Ms. Rohosy will work on strategic assignments for the Company.
