On November 30, 2015, Mary Cecola, Senior Vice President and Chief Business Technology Officer of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines (the “Bank”), tendered her resignation from the Bank in order to accept the position of Chief Information Officer at Antares Capital. Ms. Cecola’s resignation will become effective December 11, 2015.
