(NYSE: LPG) (the "Company" or "Dorian LPG"), a leading owner and operator of modern Very Large Gas Carriers ("VLGCs") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a five-year time charter for the Commander to a major Asian oil company. The time charter commenced in the fourth quarter of 2015.
