(b) On December 1, 2015, John Giraldo, Chief Accounting Officer of AMC Networks Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from the Company effective as of January 1, 2016 to assume a senior position at another company. Until such time as a replacement is named, Sean Sullivan, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume his responsibilities.
