Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
On December 3, 2015, Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. held its annual meeting of stockholders. The matter submitted to the stockholders for a vote was the election of four directors to serve until the 2016 annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualify.
