Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 1, 2015 and December 2, 2015, Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) President and Chief Executive Officer Eric DeMarco purchased a total of $1,210,000 in face value of the Company’s 7.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 (CUSIP No. 5007BAL2) through open market purchases totaling $838,431.
