ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On December 3, 2015, Interface Security Systems Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing it will participate in the Imperial Capital Security Investor Conference in New York, NY on Thursday, December 10, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
