On December 2, 2015, the Board of Directors of Territorial Bancorp Inc. announced a special cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable on December 23, 2015 to shareholders of record as of December 12, 2015.  A copy of the press release announcing the special cash dividend is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
