On November 30, 2015, Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (“Heidrick & Struggles” or the “Company”) announced that, effective January 1, 2016, Krishnan Rajagopalan will assume the role of Executive Vice President and Managing Partner—Executive Search in which he have responsibility for leading the firm’s executive search service line globally, and Jory Marino will assume the role of Vice Chairman—Strategic Initiatives in which he will oversee technology improvements, recruitment of senior consulting talent and return to the market. Currently Mr. Rajagopalan serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President—Head of Global Practices and Mr. Marino currently serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President—Head of Global Markets.
