Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 30, 2015, Barrick Gold Corporation ("Barrick") and NOVAGOLD RESOURCES INC. ("NOVAGOLD") issued a press release announcing the filing of the Donlin Gold Draft Environmental Impact Statement ("DEIS") by the US Army Corps of Engineers ("Corps"). The release of the DEIS is an important milestone for the Donlin Gold project located in Alaska. The Corps will accept written comments on the DEIS until the close of the five-month public comment period at the end of April 2016.
