Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Limelight Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that they have filed a lawsuit in the Eastern District of Virginia against Akamai and XO Communications for infringing six of their patents.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company dated November 30, 2015 is attached to this Current Report on Form 8–K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
