On November 30, 2015, Broadway Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a Press Release announcing the termination of the Consent Order applicable to the Bank by the Bank’s primary regulator, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (“OCC”).  Copies of the Press Release and Order are attached as exhibits to this report.
