Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(c) On November 20, 2015, the Company appointed Gary Grinsfelder, 65, as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). Mr. Grinsfelder previously held the position of VP, Mergers and Acquisitions of the Company since November 2014.
Mr. Grinsfelder’s compensation will remain unchanged in connection with his appointment as COO.
