Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 24, 2015, New Jersey Resources Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release reporting financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2015 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Registrant will host a conference call and live internet webcast on November 24, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. ET. A copy of the fiscal year 2015 earnings presentation that will be used during the conference call and webcast is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated by reference herein.
